Fiscal Council

The Fiscal Council of Natura &Co is a non-permanent body that may be convened by decision of the shareholders at a General Meeting. When installed, our Fiscal Council is composed of three (3) members and an equal number of alternates, as provided for in Article 27 of our Bylaws. Its main responsibilities include overseeing and verifying the actions of the management and ensuring compliance with their legal and statutory duties in accordance with current Brazilian legislation, as set forth in our Bylaws and the Internal Regulations of the Fiscal Council.

The Company does not have a Fiscal Council installed in the current year.
