João Paulo Brotto Gonçalves Ferreira Chief Executive Officer for Latin America

João Paulo Brotto Gonçalves Ferreira has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP) and an executive MBA from the University of Michigan in the United States. He is currently the Executive Director for Latin America at Natura & Co Holding S.A. and, since 2016, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Natura Cosméticos S.A., Company he joined in 2009 as vice president of operations and logistics. Throughout his career at Natura, Mr. Ferreira held key positions, including vice president of networks, responsible for the Commercial Area and Channel Development, and leadership of International Operations and the Sustainability Area. He is also a member of the Board of Instituto Natura. Before working at Natura, Mr. Ferreira accumulated 20 years of experience at Unilever, where he reached the position of vice president of supply chain and, between 2021 and 2023, he was an independent member of the Board of Directors of Infracommerce, a business digitalization solutions company.

Agenor Leão de Almeida Junior Chief Operating Officer of Business

Agenor Leão holds a degree in Data Processing from UFBA (Federal University of Bahia). He also completed an MBA in Business Management from FGV (Fundação Getulio Vargas), a postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management from FEA-USP (School of Economics, Administration and Accounting of the University of São Paulo), and a PMD from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores da Empresa (IESE) at the University of Navarra (Spain). He worked at Vivo for 13 years, leading major projects.

Ana Beatriz Macedo da Costa Legal Director

Ana Beatriz Macedo da Costa brings over 25 years of experience in legal matters within the corporate environment. Since 2013, she led the legal department at Avon in South America, and in her prior career, held leadership positions at multinational companies across the technology, oil & gas, and energy sectors. At Natura, since 2020, she assumed the role of VP of Legal & Government Affairs for Latin America. In 2023, she took on Corporate Reputation and Sustainability for Latin America, becoming Vice President of Sustainability, Legal, and Corporate Reputation at Natura. She leads the following strategic Boards and Working Groups: ABIHPEC – Brazilian Association of the Personal Hygiene, Perfumery and Cosmetics Industry; BRICS WBA – Women Business Alliance; CEBRAMEX – Brazil-Mexico Business Council; WBCSD – World Business Council for Sustainable Development; TISFD – Taskforce on Inequality & Financial Disclosures; MEI/CNI – Business Mobilization for Innovation; among other institutions in Latin America. Ana Beatriz holds a Law degree from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), a postgraduate degree in Economic Law from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), and in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/RJ). She also has board training from FDC and a specialization in Sustainability from IBGC.

Silvia Lopes Vilas Boas Magalhães Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer

Silvia Vilas Boas holds a degree in Mechatronics Engineering, is a Master Black Belt, and holds various specializations, and is also a certified Board Member by Fundação Dom Cabral. Silvia leads Natura’s finance, investor relations, strategy, and executive governance fronts, as well as the group’s transformation office in the region. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked in multinational and national companies across various sectors, including retail, financial market, telecommunications, consulting, and automotive industry. Since 2021, she has brought to the group her solid knowledge in finance, strategic planning, technology, innovation, and people management, all contributing to Natura’s consolidation as a comprehensive omnichannel ecosystem. Silvia Vilas Boas is also the founder of W-CFO Brazil, a non-profit group comprised of women finance executives, aimed at mutual support, broad promotion of diversity, and inspiration for new professionals and leaders in finance.
