People and Corporate Governance Committee

The People and Corporate Governance Committee is responsible for supporting the Board of Directors in defining strategies, policies, and guidelines related to organizational development, people management, and the compensation and benefits structure for executives, Board members, and the Board’s advisory committees. Furthermore, it oversees and provides guidance on matters concerning management systems and continuously monitors the Company’s corporate governance framework, keeping track of the evolution of national and international best practices and proposing necessary adjustments and improvements to ensure the efficiency and long-term sustainability of Natura’s corporate governance.
