Sustainability-Related Financial Information Report (2025)

Natura’s Sustainability-Related Financial Information Report voluntarily presents an integrated view of how sustainability and climate-related matters are directly connected to the Company’s Financial Statements, strategy, risk management and value creation prospects, from the perspective of investors and other capital providers.

The report has been prepared in accordance with IFRS S1 and IFRS S2, issued by the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), and the corresponding CBPS 01 and CBPS 02 standards issued by the Brazilian Sustainability Pronouncements Committee, as well as applicable provisions issued by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).

This approach enhances transparency on material sustainability- and climate-related matters. The report highlights the resilience of our business model and its connection to the Company’s performance and business prospects, including potential impacts on earnings and cash flows, access to financing and cost of capital.
