The Company’s Sustainability Committee, which is under development, will be mainly responsible for monitoring the results and suggesting adjustments, whenever necessary, on the Company’s and its Business Units’ strategies in matters associated with sustainability, as well as the evolution on the objectives established in the Commitment to Life, launched in 2020 by the Company. The Committee will be responsible for updating the Board of Directors on the achievements related to sustainability and recommending any adjustments or improvements to the established strategies.
